WHEN DID YOU FIRST RIDE A HORSE?
I was eight years old, when I begged my mother to let me ride and go hunting.

MOST MEMORABLE RACING MOMENT
I've had a few and have been very lucky. My first double at Cheltenham when I was an amateur and the three winners I rode there last year.

WORST MOMENT IN RACING
When Strong Promise died in the 2000 Martel Cup at Liverpool, he didn't deserve that.

FAVOURITE RACECOURSE
Newbury, because you have loads of time and room to ride a race.

FAVOURITE HORSE
At the moment, probably Penzance, because he's tough and very versatile. But favourites change regularly!

PERSON YOU MOST ADMIRE IN RACING
Adrian Maguire, he's a legend.

IF YOU COULD BE ANOTHER SPORTSMAN WHO WOULD IT BE
Any Premiership footballer, for the money. Or Ricky Hatton!

WHAT DO YOU DO TO RELAX
Go to the Plough at Ford. Eat out ... or you can't beat a good days hunting, followed by a few drinks.

AMBITIONS
Probably impossible ... but to be Champion. I'd settle for a National winner!
